It was reassuring to beable to speak to someone out of normal working hours, and Jason said that he would visit my property the next day. During the visit Jason advised that my property was safe but the tree would require cutting at sometime. I asked for a price and a date for the work to be carried out. Jason and Gary turned up on the advised date to carryout the work and the cost was the agreed price. Additional to the agreed work Jason and Gary kindly assisted me with a job to help me out.
